Losing Weight

For as long as I can remember I've wanted to lose weight. I really struggle to lose and keep it off. I've been trying to lose weight since Eva was born, but haven't been very successful, moslty because of my eagerness to give into food temptations and not working out. So I am starting again, right now. I 've decided to make my goal public to give myself some accountability as I go through this process. Below are my "beginning"photos. They were taken yesterday at the children's museum

My goal is to lose 54 lbs. It is a lofty one, but a healthy one. Losing 54 lbs will put me in the middle of a healthy BMI range. I am usually pretty secretive about losing weight and I don't really now why, so I thought by posting my weight loss process I would have accountability for it all and in turn lose weight. I don't know if any of you have read Dr. Phil's Seven Keys to Weight Loss Success, but that is what I will be using. Tree House Children's Museum

We went down to Ogden yesterday for Lance's Grandfathers 80th birthday. After we went to the children's museum in Ogden called the Tree House. Here are some of the pictures we took. As you can tell I edited some of them. We had a lot of fun and would like to go there again.

5 Years!

Oh Lance! I can't believe it has been five years! We were married on December 18th, 2004. I thought it would be fun to put up some of our wedding pictures as a reminder. I can't believe that we have been married for five years and now have 2 kids. We have been through a lot together and I wouldn't change any of it. I love you Lance more than ever and I know our love will continue to grow.

The Girls!

Eva is growing so much. She is reaching and grasping, rolling over and trying to sit up. I can't believe she is so big. She is almost 5 months old! I will post more recent pictures of her later.

We went to the pumkin walk with Elizabeth and they had all of these wood cut outs for picture taking so I thought I would post my favorites. The Yoda one is my absolute favorite. SO CUTE!

Elizabeth is 2!

I can't believe that Elizabeth is two. Her birthday was on October 13th. It is amazing how quickly time passes. I love her so much and am so glad that Heavenly Father gave her to me. We gave her a kitchen for her birthday and she loves it, then I did this Areil cake for her. I love you Lizzybear! Thanks everyone for all of her gifts and all of your help with the food!
