Grandma and Grandpa Carter Came for a Visit!

Larry and Kathy came to visit us and they sure know how to show us a good time. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center, the beach, and got to stay at a resort for a few days as well. Thanks for coming you two.

The Polynesian Cultural Center:

They had stamp tattoos. All the kids wanted one.

Fish toys made from palm leaves.

By some miracle William actually took a short nap.

 Playing around the resort:

The resort had a mermaid that came and read a story to the children. Eva and Elizabeth were in awe.

Crazy Hair Day

Elizabeth had her first crazy hair day. She looked really cute even though her hair was crazy.

Random Beach Pics

I have a lot of random pictures from the beach so I thought I'd dump them all in one post. Enjoy...

My finger got in the way on this one, but it was to cute not to post.

Sitting in the hole Lance made.

That Boy!

I love William dearly, but he sure is trouble. Here is some evidence to prove it.

He emptied an entire container of salt all over the cupboard and floor.

He got in there by himself.

30

I officially turned 30 in January. I can't believe that I am that old. I'm still not sure how I feel about it, but I want to make my 30's great so I'm working on some goals. To celebrate the big 3-0, I wanted to go to the beach. Being a January baby I was always jealous of my brother's Nate and Tom who had July Birthdays. They got to have a party outside with water games. So since we are now in Hawaii I finally got my outdoor water party birthday. We went to our beach, had a picnic, played in the sand, and splashed in the water. It was GREAT!

William's Birthday!

My adorable little man turned 2. I know everyone always says this, but I can't believe how quickly the time has flown and how much he has grown. He is talking up a storm lately and loves to repeat whatever we say in question form. He sure is trouble. He gets into and climbs everything, especially what he is not supposed to. He loves to snuggle and is a true daddy's boy. Love him to pieces.

This was William's present from Lance and I. He loved it!

William's cake

He loved the bubble machine from his sisters.
